Death is a reality that we all must face. Al-Furqan Funeral Service facilitates Islamic Janaza preparation and burial service for the Muslims of our community.
We also work closely with Manchester Muslim Funeral Trust (MMBT) in COVID-related cases.
Services
Al-Furqan Islamic Centre offers the following service for the deceased:
- Private ambulance for transportation of the deceased
- Preparation room to wash and prepare the deceased body
- A refrigerated storage chamber for up to 4 deceased bodies
- Burial procedures and paperwork advice
Support and guidance
Furthermore, Al-Furqan Islamic Centre provides additional support and guidance to the family of the deceased:
- Funeral arrangement
- Burial procedures and paperwork advice
- Ghusl and Shroud workshops
- Training to become a Ghusl and Shroud Facilitator
