Following discussions with Manchester City Council, there will be no Eid prayer at Platt Fields Park or Platt Lane Sports Complex this March. Please do not travel to the park expecting the Eid prayer.
Please attend your local mosque instead. Many mosques across Manchester will hold multiple Eid prayers, including Alfurqan Masjid & Islamic Centre.
Family Funfair Still Going Ahead:
Platt Fields Park 12pm - 6pm (ticket sales from 11am) Full Eid in the Park event will return for in May 2026. Please share so the community is aware.

We are partnered with the NZF to provide small grants to Muslims in the UK facing financial hardship. To be eligible, applicants must be Muslim, living in the UK at the time of application and payment, eligible to receive Zakat, and have little or no income.
